About Me

Hello! My name is Rose (Rosie) Correll and I graduated from the University of New Hampshire in May of 2021 with a degree in English/Journalism and a concentration in Photography. I grew up and still live in Portsmouth, NH and have always had a love of reading and writing. My four-legged best friend, Lily has been on many adventures with me and loves to have her photo taken so my camera roll is filled with her sweet face.  I thrive off of the sunshine and being by the water. One of my favorite things to do is read while I soak up the rays and listen to the ocean waves. Music is a big part of who I am and you will find me jamming out no matter what I am doing. 

I believe that everyone deserves to have their story told and that what drives my journalism career. Giving a voice to those who might not have one that is strong enough to be heard by all is what I am passionate about. Everyone has the right to know what is going on in their communities and the world around them. I take my journalistic integrity very seriously, not just as a writer, but as a human being.
